Datuk Danion Lewis
Director/ Founder
After graduating, he began his career at Latimer Corporation on March 24, 2001, as an assistant bridge engineer. Through two years of dedicated work, he quickly advanced within the company and was promoted to Project Manager in 2003. His commitment and hard work led to further progression, and by 2008, he had assumed the role of Senior Project Manager. Specializing in project management, monitoring, consultant liaison, work programming, subcontractor coordination, and related responsibilities, he oversaw projects totaling RM330 million until his departure from the company in 2011.
In 2012, with the support of his wife, he founded Elizon Construction. Driven by a strong vision and mission, the company embarked on its first project, a RM7 million endeavor in Precinct 7, Putrajaya. Over the subsequent years, the company's activities steadily expanded, reaching RM30 million in 2016. He is committed to establishing Elizon Construction as a reputable name in the market by completing projects on time and within budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality in all aspects of the work.
Datin Elizabeth Ayadorai
Managing Director
Datin Elizabeth Ayadorai brings a wealth of experience from the banking industry, having commenced her career at a prestigious local bank as an Operations Executive. After accumulating five years of valuable experience in banking, she transitioned to a different sector as a trainer in the online employment industry, working for a prominent firm in that field. Leveraging her exceptional communication skills and strong PR acumen, she earned a stellar reputation as one of the organization's most esteemed staff members. It is imperative to note that Datin also possesses significant experience and expertise in the construction industry. She has a proven track record of managing a prominent construction firm, overseeing functions such as finance, human resources, marketing, and business development within the organization.
Following her marriage and relocation to Ipoh, Datin Elizabeth Ayadorai took a brief hiatus from her career. However, after approximately a year, she reentered the workforce, this time alongside her husband, to establish and manage their construction company. Known for her quick learning abilities and adeptness at handling multiple tasks simultaneously, she seamlessly transitioned into the construction industry and now effectively oversees the operations of the firm in collaboration with her husband.
